On the Book online page you can open the Booking Südtirol booking window (the booking system of the South Tyrolean Hoteliers and Restaurateurs Association, HGV). It only loads when you click “Open booking window”. From that moment on, your IP address is transmitted to Booking Südtirol. Booking Südtirol processes whatever you enter in the booking window in order to handle your booking; Booking Südtirol’s own privacy notice also applies. The legal basis is the preparation and performance of the accommodation contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
The enquiry form itself stores and sends nothing. When you click “Send enquiry”, your email program opens with a prepared email to [email protected]. We only receive your details once you send this email yourself. The same applies if you write to us directly or call us.
We use your details solely to answer your enquiry and prepare your stay (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). We keep them for as long as this requires, or as long as statutory retention obligations demand.
We link to other services, for example Google Maps for directions or a webcam in Sulden. This content is not embedded. You only leave our website when you click such a link; the privacy policy of the respective provider then applies.
Under the General Data Protection Regulation you have the right of access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection (Art. 21). Simply write to us at [email protected].
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. In Italy, this is the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.
